1. Our Agreement with You

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EaseUp mobile application (“EaseUp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Paid features, billing, and Apple In-App Purchase

The primary paid offering is a one-time, non-consumable lifetime unlock as described at purchase. “Lifetime” means access to the current Pro feature set for the useful life of the app, subject to these Terms, continued app availability, lawful suspension or termination of access, and Apple’s handling of purchases, refunds, or revocations.

If you previously purchased an auto-renewable subscription, your Pro access continues while Apple reports that subscription as active (for example, through the remaining paid period after you cancel, and any billing retry or grace period while Apple still treats the subscription as entitled). You may use Restore Purchases in the app to refresh entitlements with Apple.

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and subject to Apple’s applicable rules. You must not misuse purchase flows or attempt to circumvent access controls.

Paid access to premium features (EaseUp Pro) is offered through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple is the merchant of record for those transactions; additional terms from Apple and the App Store may apply. Pricing and product descriptions are shown to you in the app at purchase.

3. Use License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EaseUp app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through EaseUp. You are solely responsible for your activity in connection with the app and for any content you create or share.

5. App Updates

We may automatically update the app to improve functionality or introduce new features. Certain updates may be required for continued use of the app. Continued use of EaseUp after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Medical Disclaimer

EaseUp provides content for general wellness, mobility training, and mindfulness support. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or mental health practice, especially if you have existing medical conditions or injuries.

8. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using EaseUp, you agree to assume full responsibility for your use of the app and for any consequences resulting from it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to pursue claims against the creators, developers, owners, or affiliates of EaseUp for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

EaseUp is offered “as is” for general wellness purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding results, safety, or outcomes. You use the app voluntarily, and at your own risk.

If you do not agree to this limitation, you must not use the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EaseUp at any time, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in misuse of the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that state.
